This is an interactive masterclass designed to help runners use their breath as a training and recovery tool, to improve performance.
This one-hour session will look at:
- The science behind how the breath influences running performance and physiology
- How to use the breath to improve running endurance
- Practical tools for to use pre-run (focus), during a run (efficiency) and post-run (recovery)
- How to integrate breathwork into your training schedule

Ramon Ghosh is a breathwork coach with a focus on performance in runners and athletes.
Ramon helps athletes regulate their nervous systems and improve resilience. His sessions focus on how breath influences pacing, recovery, and the ability to build resilience.
A committed marathon and ultra-runner, Ramon brings lived experience into his work - understanding what it means to breathe well not just at rest, but under sustained effort.
