I consider myself lucky to have been in an industry that I love for over 6 years now, helping people move better, learn new skills as well as finding the joy for fitness and training. I specialise in functional fitness, strength training & Kettlebells among other things.I now offer small group PT sessions."
Angus Hayes
"For me, training is about more than reps and results - it’s about how you feel in your body and how that carries into the rest of your life. It’s about finding what works for you and what you enjoy, to build self-trust and habits that last.
I work with a range of clients who value a thoughtful, personalised approach to strength training. From helping people who feel anxious or are completely new to exercise and want to rebuild trust in their bodies, to more experienced clients who want a steady, sustainable way to reach specific fitness goals, sessions with me are calm, focused, and tailored — with an emphasis on good movement, confidence, and long-term wellbeing.
My sessions are guided by four principles which involve mind and body - fortitude, frequency, form and focus. Together we will work to embed these within your training to ensure your goals, whatever they may be, become reality."
